Japanese Nimono Series to reproduce homemade taste “Nimono” (Stewed dishes)
We carefully picked the ingredients and slowly cooked. It tastes good with a flavor of soy sauce and sugar. It contains no preservatives. We produce them by hand-made cooking not by machine-made cooking.
Buri daikon is a dish in which ara (discarded portions) of yellowtail is broiled in soy sauce with daikon. It is usually served in winter as yellowtails is delicious during that season.
It is Japanese traditional dish. Saury is slowly shimmered with kelp and ginger, then you can enjoy the whole saury including bones.
Sardine cooked with soy sauce and sugar, with a flavor of ginger and sake. Standard dish never been tired out.
This is nutritiously well-balanced nimono which contains 6 ingredients of chicken, bamboo shoot, carrot, taro, konnyaku, and shiitake mushroom.
Thinner hijiki, carrot, burdock, konnyaku, and shiitake mushroom are cooked sweeter and shimmered well.
