October 1975 The current Chairman Emeritus, Mamoru Kinoshita opened the automobile accessories store called AUTO SEVEN Kakogawa in Kakogawa city, Hyogo prefecture.
June 1985 Celebrated the 10th anniversary. Completed the headquarters building in Kakogawa city, where business functions were integrated.
August 1996 Listed on the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
March 2000 Relocated the headquarters to Suma ward of Kobe city.
May 2001 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
January 2002 Established the subsidiary named SEVEN PLANNING CO., LTD. to start Enterprise Development
April 2002 Established the subsidiary named SUN SEVEN CO., LTD., to start food and general merchandise business as franchisee of "Business Supermarket" (specializing in sales of quality products in economical prices)
April 2004 Established the subsidiary named BIKE SEVEN CO., LTD.
September 2004 Established "SEVEN FOTRUNE GROUP, LTD" in Hong Kong as a foothold for business activities across Asian countries.
September 2005 Listed on the First Sections of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Osaka Securities Exchange.
April 2006 Shifted to a holding company changing the company name into G-7 HOLDINGS Inc. supporting and managing operating companies.
Made split-off for AUTOBAC‘S brand-new and used car business sectors and then established AUTO SEVEN CO., LTD.
October 2006 Acquired 100 percent stock in Fukuzin Sangyo Co., Ltd. which operated AUTOBACS Aboshi Store and Himeji River City Store, and made the company its wholly-owned subsidiary. Acquired 70 percent stock in Takatsuki Co., Ltd which had approved workshops by Honda Body Service Co., Ltd. and provided overall car services including sheeting, vehicle inspection, maintenance, road services, and insurance, to make the firm its subsidiary.
June 2008 Acquired 100 percent stock in C & C Co.,Ltd. which operated quality food business, rental video/DVD shops "TSUTAYA" and made the company its subsidiary.
December 2009 Acquired 100 percent stock in MEGUMI NO SATO CO., LTD. Which operated "Megumi no Sato Okubo" as its farmer consumer direct market business, and made the company its subsidiary.
January 2010 Opened "Ryohinkaikan Ikawadani" as the first shop of recycle business.
October 2010 Established G-7 MOTORS CO., LTD. through merger of Takatsuki Co., Ltd. and BIKE SEVEN CO., LTD.
October 2010 SEVEN PLANNING CO., LTD. launched elderly care service, opening the first "nagomi" rehabilitation day service center.
December 2010 Established the grand subsidiary named SEVEN FORTUNE MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. in Malaysia
March 2011 Established the 100% subsidiary named G7 INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD. in Singapore
September 2011 Opened the first restaurant of “Grill Buffet Green's K”.
December 2011 Acquired 100 percent stock in UENO-SHOKUHIN CO., LTD. which operated planning, developing, producing, and distributing processed food, and made the company its subsidiary.
April 2012 Opened first AUTOBACS store in Malaysia.
October 2012 C & C CO., LTD. acquired Cold Family Co., Ltd. to make it its 100 percent owned subsidiary.
December 2012 Conducted company name changes.

August 2013 Conducted company name change.
G7 RETAIL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.(ex SEVEN FORTUNE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.)
January 2014 G-7 FOOD SYSTEM CO., LTD. merged UENO-SHOKUHIN CO., LTD. as an absorption-type merger.
February 2014 Opened first overseas restaurant "Ramen KANBE" in Malaysia.
October 2014 G7 Japan Food Service Co., Ltd was established as a fully-owned subsidiary of G7 International Pte. Ltd. (overseas holding company in Singapore)
April 2015 G7 Japan Food Service Co., Ltd. absorbed G-7 Food System Co., Ltd., one of an affiliate company.
April 2016 Conducted company name changes.

June 2016 40 year anniversary commemorative meeting and party held. Sales of 103.9 billion yen, ordinary income of 3.2 billion yen, 407 offices and stores.
August 2016 Completed G-7 Group Founder Memorial Hall.
May 2017 Acquired Kawase Foods Industries Ltd. and Crown Trading Co., Ltd. as wholly owned subsidiaries.
November 2017 Auto Plus Co., Ltd. transferred two Autobacs stores to G-7 Auto Service Co., Ltd.
July 2018 G7 Retail Japan Co., Ltd. acquired Tenpo System EC K.K. as a wholly owned subsidiary.
April 2020 Acquired 99 Ichiba Co., Ltd. as wholly owned subsidiaries.
April 2021 Launch of the new G-7 Group headoffice
November 2021 Founder and Honorary Chairman, Mamoru Kinoshita, Demise (80 years)
